A traditional Korean stone plate retains heat for longer. It helps keep sauce and noodles warm, making temperature and flavor part of the experience all the way to the final forkful.
Stone-plate pilaf finishes with the crisp rice layer formed at the bottom. Pairings such as kimchi and cheese, shrimp or fire-grilled pork become even more savory against the toasted rice.
A clear menu in five languages and a broad range of dishes help international visitors and local diners choose comfortably at the same table.
